Hey William, the Curt trailer wiring harness part # C59236 is a universal style of trailer wiring harness that requires splicing into the taillight circuits of your 2015 Audi Q7. The best resource we have would be to have you check out the attached install video for this kit on a similar Q7 that shows you exactly where we found the correct wires. You'll have to scroll down to the help info section that might be below some reviews etc.
