I checked with my Tekonsha representative to get his advice on a trailer wiring harness for your Audi Q7. It turns out that they have the perfect solution, the ZCI trailer wiring harness, part # 119250KIT. This is not a plug and play kit, but the good news is that the zero contact sensors won't require any cutting or splicing into the wiring of your Q7.
The harness includes a circuit tester to help you identify which circuit in the taillight harnesses carries which function.
I've linked you to the installation instructions, as well as to a product description video and a helpful FAQ article.
