Replacement Gear Box and Linkage for Kwikee 26 Series Steps

Question:

Hello! LC379162 I have a Tioga 2002 with a series 26 step. I dont know if the 26 is factory. Anyway I think I need the above part. The motor is trying to work but the entire movable arm has seized and then snapped. It looks like all series 26 are C linkages. Anything else I should know? Thank you.

Hey Clinton! Since it is a 2002 it is entirely possible the steps have been replaced and are not original. As long as you're sure they are Kwikee series 26 the # LC379162 is the correct replacement. If you aren't sure, check to see if you have a serial number on the steps that can be used to identify them through Lippert.

Robin, where my existing motor screws on to this replacement gearbox in the upper right hand corner of the image that you sent, that circular area is different than what I have now. There's not a way for me to attach an image to this reply from me but I have a picture.

@Clinton you can send your picture in an email, just reply to the email you got with the link for this page. If you have a picture of any stickers with part numbers or the serial number off the steps that would also be helpful.
