Wiring Diagram for the JR Products Single Slide-Out Switch

Question:
Switch has 5 pins but I only have 3 wires. I know the red is my hot wire from trailer, green is out and blue is in. Where do these wires go on this new switch. Thanks

I went ahead and found a wiring diagram for the Single Slide-Out Switch # 37212285, and you are going to need to just match the hot from your trailer to the power (+) pin, and then match the green and blue wires to the motor (+) pins.

My 2000 outback. Slide out switch.got new switch.but can't get wire up. .4 wire come out of trailer.an 2 black an2 white.an 2 black an 2white. ???? How to work with my new switch???
