Hello etrailer. Looking for a Blue Ox base plate kit for my 2026 Ford F-250. Already have an Avail tow bar so I want something directly compatible. Thanks for your time.

Hey Andy! The correct Blue Ox base plate kit for your 2026 Ford F-250 is the # BLU58ER. This will be compatible with your Blue Ox Avail # BX7420. Do you have the rest of your setup already? If not, you will need the following:
-Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-15267
-Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400
-Curt RVi Series Shadow 2 Flat Tow Brake System # RVI94FR
You may also need a high-low adapter to keep your setup level. I have attached a link below which explains how to measure. The Blue Ox base plate kit has a bracket height of 15-1/2" so you can use that along with your hitch measurement to find the right adapter.
