Does the hitch have enough clearance on the back for a KUAT Sherpa 2.0 bike rack to work?

Yes, it does Michael. The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # SH27FR is about even with the edge of the bumper when installed on a 2025 Volvo XC90 Plug-In Hybrid. The closest portion of the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack, like item # SH22B, is 7-1/2" away from the hitch pin hole when folded up or 11" when folded down. There's plenty of room.
