Does the Stealth Hitch Affect the Function of the Lift Gate Sensor on the 2022 Volvo XC90?
Updated 05/30/2024 | Published 05/27/2024 >
Question:
My 2022 dc 90 has the sensor under the rear bumper to open the trail gate if movement is detected. Will this still work because any movement under the bumper the gate tries to open

Expert Reply:
The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # SH27FR does not block the lift gate sensor on your 2022 Volvo XC90. It'll still function correctly you'll just need to avoid kicking the area around the 2" receiver.
