Hey Noah!
The answer to your questions is yes! The Lets Go Aero Three-Quarter Nelson Bike Rack # LGA53VR has brackets that mount along your bed sides and then the crossbar can be adjusted back and forth across these brackets.
As long as the mounting brackets are aligned, you can install them anywhere along the bed sides that you can get them to fit.
