Hey, Trevor.

I'm sorry to hear that happened. The only Reese lock we carry right now is part # RP7014700, I'm not sure if that is the lock that you got. However, if part of the key is stuck inside the lock, you may need to contact a locksmith, especially if you’d prefer not to cut the lock off. Reese used to offer replacement keys at one time, but unfortunately, they no longer do.

A locksmith might be able to remove the broken key and even make a new one. If that’s not an option, the only solution I can offer would be to cut the lock off and replace it with a new one. I'd recommend getting a lock that has a barrel key, like this Fastway lock part # FA86-0015-308.

I know that’s not the best news.

Hey Trevor, did you have a chance to contact a locksmith or try cutting the lock off? I'm curious to know what worked for you, as it might help others facing a similar issue.
