I have a 2003 trailmanor 3023. Will this AC fit the Coleman machine 3 opening and be comparable in weight

The Advent Air Low Profile RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # ADV72SR will definitely fit the same hole as your current Coleman Mach 3. Basically all RV rooftop AC units fallow a standard for what size cutout they fit, and both of these follow that standard. So no worries there.
It looks like a Coleman Mach 3 Plus weighs around 79 pounds, but this is for a brand new one and it may be different if you have an older model. The Advent Low Profile AC weighs in at 68 pounds, so it may actually be lighter than your current set up.
