Hey Daniel, thanks for the information! You've got a Lippert 4,400 lbs axle. For a replacement bearing kit you'll want item # BK2-100, which includes inner bearing item # L68149, inner race item # L68111, outer bearing item # L44649, outer race item # L44610, grease seal item # 58846, a cotter pin and a tang washer.
Please note that Lippert's 4,400 lbs axles use the same bearings as 3,500 lbs axles. The item # BK2-100 is the correct kit even though it says 3,500 lbs axles. These kits are sold per hub so you'll need two per axle.
Are you performing routing maintenance or did you have an issue?
