Transmission Cooler Recommendation for 2019 Chevy Express Van

Question:

I just bought a 2019 Chevy Express Van that I want to last a long time. I've read that installing a transmission cooler will help the transmission live longer so I want to know which one would be the best for that. thanks.

Transmission coolers make a huge difference in the longevity of a vehicle transmission. Basically the biggest one you can fit will give you the best performance. For your 2019 Chevy Express Van I recommend the Derale cooler part # D13504 which measures 11" Wide x 12" tall x 7/8" deep and is a very efficient style of cooler. This is a plate-fin style which does a much better job than a tube fin style.

I attached an install video that shows this cooler installed on a similar GM SUV as well as a picture of how it was mounted.
