Looking for Replacement Control Panel for Lippert Ground Control 3.0

Question:
Greetings. Were experincing some issues where our Lippert Leveling system is not working. Weve had a tech come out and try and troubleshoot the issue but unfortunaely weve not been able to come to a solid conclusion about what the actual issue is. Weve tested the voltage at the various locations and all is within the 12 volt range. When we disconnect the interface board and plug it back in it shows an Errorinch message and askes to hit the enter button to acknowledge. Hitting the enter button produces no effect, nor does hitting any other button for that matter. Were trying the process of eliminationinch phase of the testing right now to see if we can start low and work our way up the chain. With all that said the question that Id like to ask is do you have a replacement panel that matches our current one, or will the shown panel work as a replacement for ours? Yes, Im attaching a photo! The camper we have is a 2016 Keystone Montana. 316ORL. Serial Number: 4YDF31629G4701104 From Lippert ID Guide leveling system is: Travel Trailer Level-Up® with LCD touchpad Wed greatly appreciate any help in locating the part. Hey Michael, thanks for the picture of the panel you are looking for. We do have that as a replacement if needed with the part # LC421484. Usually the issue you are having is that the panel does need to be replaced but may as well keep troubleshooting like you are.

My Lippert Ground Control 3.0 touch panel was not working correctly. The touch pads were not making contact correctly driving the display into Error mode. I tried disconnecting and then reconnecting, Frustrating. I checked all electrical leads to the Lippert system. I went to eTrailer online and purchased the 3.0 Ground Controller. It fixed the problem. Everything works just fine now, even the auto level up when getting ready to hook up.
