Where Does Trailer Valet Drill-Powered Stabilizer Jack Mount on Trailer

Question:

Hello,Does this stabilizer jack just mount to the outer frame?I have a 2023 jayco jay flight 264 bh and one of my my lippert quick jacks is not working properly so i was thinking i would replace both front lippert jacks with this unit depending on how its mounts.Thanks as always for the great advice!!!

Hi William, welcome back! The Trailer Valet Drill-Powered Stabilizer Jack # TV68FR bolts on underneath your trailer frame. Depending on how your old jack was mounted you may be able to reuse some holes but I would expect to have to drill for installation. See the attached picture.

Hello, I have ordered two of these stabilizers. Is it better to install the jacks fully at the rear and the front of the frame, or is it recommended to leave some distance from both the front and rear of the frame?
