Does Curt Hitch for 2024 Ford Ranger Fit with Full Size Spare

Question:
2024 ford ranger has a full size spare tire mounted underneath . It looks really tight under there. Are there any issues with lowering the spare tire with a Curt trailer hitch.

Hey Mike, the Curt hitch part # C82ZV that fits your 2024 Ford Ranger does fit pretty tight with the spare like you can see in the attached picture but the good news is that there aren't any real issues and it's not difficult to raise or lower the spare with the hitch installed. Worse case scenario is you can push back on the spare as your raise/lower it and that will help provide the needed clearance.
