Hi everyone Aidan here with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at these replacement end caps for your Thule Wingbars. It's gonna be a really simple part to pop on there whether you've lost yours or it's broken. All you gotta do is if it's broken just take off the old one by pressing in that tab on the bottom with your thumb and just pulling out and popping the new one right in its place. You're gonna have sides for your driver and your passenger side. If you are confused where to find that you can just pop up the end cap there you'll see a small L or R, L is gonna be for driver side and R will be for passenger side so you can always check that to be sure again that thicker portion is gonna be towards the front of your vehicle so you can check that too but it's gonna just pop on, give you all the same functionality as you had before.
And for your passenger side, again that process is going to be the exact same. So it's nice to know that if you have that part missing or broken it's gonna be an easy replacement and you can get back to having a full and complete roof rack. And that'll do it for our look at the replacement end caps for our Thule Wingbars. Thanks for watching..

The replacement’s fit was slightly off so I chamfered the end of the plug on the leading side of the plug to get it to fit. Used a soft mallet and 2x4 to drive it in, using moderate blows to prevent cracking the plastic.

Customer service and delivery was fast. Unfortunately, it does not fit the Hyundai cross bars. Although the Hyundai crossbars are made by Yakima, the end cap is a bit different and I will need to return the order.
