Is the 3000R worth the price jump compared to the 2000R models?

Kyle, if you’ve got a larger rig or live in really hot climates, yes, the # VE29QV 3000R’s 12k BTUs make a difference. But for smaller vans/campers, the 2000R models like # VE99QV 10K BTU cool plenty and save you weight, noise, and cost. Think about your square footage and your battery capacity.
Also, keep in mind these are for 48V dc battery packs, not 12v like some of the other Velit AC kits.
Other RV owners - did you go with a smaller or larger AC unit?
