Hey John, we have 2 inch hitches available for your 2026 Lexus RX 350h like with the etrailer part # e29ZV but we do not have any 1-1/4 inch hitches. Generally people prefer the 2 inch size when available as they have more capacity and also more accessories made for them. How come you like the smaller size?
For trailer wiring you'd need the Curt # C59236.
