Question:
Is there an air spring cradle that can be paired with this system similar to the cradle available for the Air Lift 5000 series?

Hello Ahmad, thanks for reaching out. There is not an air spring cradle made for the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs # AL59562. Air lift does make cradles part # AL59DQ, but these are only for their LoadLifter 5000 air bag kits. Sadly, that would not be an option for the 2007 Nissan Xterra.
We do have some other great suspension enhancement options for your vehicle though.
Are you towing a trailer? If so, what kind? Will you be going offroad? Let me know what you have going on and I am happy to make a recommendation.

Hi Jesse, Thank you for the reply. I do plan to tow a trailer (6x12 around 4500 pounds) and already installed these air springs. I noticed that they get streched when the axle is at droop, which will limit my down travel when offroading. Any concerns of tearing the bags while offroading? I have a mild lift around 1 1/4" front and 1/2" in the rear (more leveling than lifting)
