Hello Laura, thanks for reaching out. Sounds like you are on the right track here. All of the parts you mentioned will work together. The Inno Square Bar Roof Rack # IN64YV is correct for the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta SEL with the naked roof.
The Kuat Class 4 V2 Kayak Roof Rack # KU33VR will work with the square crossbars and allow you to carry your kayak.
Then the Kuat Piston SR Roof Bike Rack # KU32VR will install right next to it and will work fine with the square crossbars.
The square crossbars have a 220 lb capacity which should be more than enough for a kayak and bike. Keep in mind the roof of your Jetta also has a roof capacity which should be specified in your owners manual. Just make sure your cargo does not exceed the roof capacity.
What kind of kayak do you have? Where do you paddle mainly? Just curious. I spent a few days at the lake here in Missouri last week and did a good bit of kayaking. The scenery and fishing was great but it was very hot and humid.
