Hey M L, you can't connect the tow bar directly to the bumper. We have the Blue Ox Off-Road Bumper Adapters # BX88358 that attaches to 1" d-rings so I am sure we can connect the Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar item # BX7420 to your 2015 Wrangler. However, the main issue is whether or not your Rock Crawler bumper is rated for flat towing. You'll need to check with Rock Crawler and see if the bumper you have can be used for flat towing.

Wiring Harness - Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles item # HM56200
Supplemental Braking System - Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System item # BLU37TR with the 12 Volt Outlet Kit, 20 amps item # RM-9332.
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. The D rings are 1" wide with a 1" hole welded on all 4 sides. I have a 2002 National Tradewinds 7390. I've bee towing a 16' trailer carrying a 2015 Buick Encore with no issues in 8 years. I just want a simpler method of towing a vehicle.
