I am interested in a tow bar kit for a 2015 Mini Cooper Convertible. I am not sure which one fits my model. Also, does the kit come with installation instructions specific to the vehicle?

Happy to get the parts needed for you to tow your 2015 Mini Cooper. There are a lot more components that are needed to flat tow than just the base plate and tow bars, so here is a full package:
