Can a 2014 Jeep Patriot FWD be Flat Towed?

Good morning. I have a 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude FWD with an automatic transmission and am wondering if it can be flat towed. I have been getting conflicting information about it. Thank you.

Hey David, thanks for reaching out!
The best source of authority when it comes to flat towing is the owner's manual. I looked up your manual online and it says that if the Patriot is an automatic then it can't be flat towed, but you can tow it with a tow dolly. You can verify this on your end if you'd like - I found this on page 424.
If you don't already have a tow dolly, then I recommend the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1. You'll need a 7-Way like the Pollak # PK12706 as the dolly doesn't come with a connector on it. Does your motorhome have a 7-Way socket?
