Hey Eric. To add a set of 5th wheel rails to your 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500, I recommend the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Chevy/GMC item # C16418-204. This kit is custom fit and comes with everything you need to install 5th wheel rails in your truck. They fit the short and long bed models and will work with any hitch that works with industry standard rails.
For a 5th wheel hitch you'll have two options depending on how long your truck bed is and how far the nose sticks out on your Keystone Montana.
If you have the shorter 6-1/2' bed, you'll want the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider item # BWRVK3270. This sliding hitch will give you an additional 12" of travel to help with tight turns. The 3/4" dual jaws provide a snug, 360-degree grip on your trailer's king pin, eliminating rattles and ensuring a secure connection.
If your truck has the longer 8' bed, I recommend the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC item # C96JV. This hitch has a interlocking jaw design and is easy to install weighing just 112 lbs. The hitch head has a 3-point indicator system that helps ensure you have connected or disconnected fully with a quick glance. It also has two zerk grease fittings for easy maintenance.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C56070. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your Sierra and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
How long is your truck's bed?

Hey Eric, did you get a chance to measure your truck's bed length to decide between the sliding or fixed 5th wheel hitch? I'm asking because knowing what worked for you could really help others in a similar situation.
