Question:

I am looking for 2 air conditioners for my R.V. Both are coleman polar mach from 2007. I was on you site and noticed the brand Furrion. Both of mine are 13500 Btu.And our ducted. Wondering if I can bump up to 15,00btu if you have a replacement that will work with my homework system. With the easy start.if it is compatible with my dual zone thermostat and my ceiling assembles.

Hey Craig! Everything is switching over to the new R32 refrigerant right now. These new systems are not backwards compatible so you can't simply add the # FR86TD to your existing setup. Also, we no longer recommend swapping just the AC unit since there are too many compatibility issues. You don't want to finish your installation and find nothing works, or burn up your air distribution box.

Old R410A parts are no longer being manufactured since R32 units are required by the EPA, so I do recommend making the switch now. For a 15,000 Btu capacity, multi-zone, that will work with your ducted setup we have the Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Roof Air Conditioner Unit - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # FR86TD. This comes with the AC unit, multi-zone controller, thermostat, and ADB.
