I have a 2025 Jayco Eagle 294CKBS with 5800lb axles. DEX 8244074, Part 0319503, Serial 132478383005. In preparation for the annual wheel bearing maintenance I would like the following information. Hey Steve,
Thank you for that information you provided, it sets me up to get you the direct replacements.
For that replacement brake assembly you will want to go with the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Brakes # 23-458-459. This is the left and right hand assemblies that came originally on the trailer, ready to slide on and bolt on for you.
We have the hub and drum assemblies as well that are pre greased with the bearings, races and seals already in them ready to slide on. For that you want to go with the Dexter Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-201-9UC3-EZ. The bearings included for your reference are inner bearing # 25580 and outer bearing # 15123. Inner race # 25580 and outer race # 15245, ending with the grease seal # GS-2125DL.
The replacement leaf springs on that trailer if and when you need to replace those is going to be # e94SR which is going to be a 6 leaf, 6k rated leaf spring coming in at 26" long. I know you don't need to replace all of these with it being a 2025, but at least you have the parts needed if you were to ever need replacements.
Have you been towing for a while or is this a brand new first time trailer for you?

Thanks Nick. Information is just what I needed. This is my seventh TT, so I have repacked bearing and replaced entire wheel hub/drum assemblies . Your correct since this is a 2025, I will not be replacing these items until next year (10K miles). I like to be prepared and plan to order a set of bearings and several seals for an emergency. Thanks, Steve
