Question:

I thought I sent this question yesterday but I dont see any response or confirmation of that. What is the right axle seal for a 2023 Jayco Eagle HT 5th wheel 31MB model. My axle is labeled a Dexter 0319503 5800 and the brake drums have 8-201 on them. Some places recommend a 2.125 inner seal size and other places list a 2.25 inner seal size.

Hey Casey! You did send it in, we're just a bit behind. This is something we run into with pretty much any 5,200-7,000 lb axle. Unfortunately, I can't quite see the serial number in the picture of your axle tag. If you can email me another picture, or tell me the S/N, I can have Dexter identify it. The only other way to find out is to remove the hub and measure the existing grease seal or spindle where it sits.

@Casey I just heard back from Dexter, your seal is a # 10-36 with a 2.25" ID. If you want a complete kit you can use the # BK3-100 or if you want Dexter parts # DX26ER.
