Okay Conner, I did as you suggested and crawled under the trailer to look for the axle tag & I took a picture of it & (attached) it to this email. Appears that I don't have 6000 or 7000 lb axles as you described in your reply to my original question. Tag says GAWR 4400 Lbs, So now with the new pic/info, what item/part# do you now recommend? Thanks!

The best option for you is going to be to crawl under the trailer and read the tag on the center of the axle. This will tell you the weight capacity of your axle which will be needed to find the correct replacement braking assembly. I can see from the photo that you attached that your trailer uses a five bolt braking mounting flange therefore, it likely has either 6,000 lb or 7,000 lb axles. This would also make sense since you have a 3" diameter axle tube. The 4,400 lb axle capacity you mentioned uses a 4 bolt brake mounting flange so I don't think this is what you have. The axles on the trailer could also have been changed at one point in time therefore you need to look for the axle tag.
If you have 6,000 lb axles then you will need to use the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-458-459 but if you have 7,000 lb axles then you will need to use the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-464-465.
