My Mother told me to never assume, but I am not a good listener. I am assuming by food gasket, you mean foam gasket. It was probably autocorrect ruining another perfect word.

Yes, the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 13,500 Btu - White - R32 # ADV95SR comes with the foam gasket on the bottom of the AC. I attached an image showing the bottom of the unit.

The # ADV95SR comes with everything you need to get the AC on your trailer. If you wanted to add a heat strip, you will want # ADV34QR.

What kind of trailer is this going on?
