Will the Progressive Dynamics model 4560 accept Siemens Breakers QT and QP and Cutler Hammer type BRD and A 120v breakers?

Yes, the Progressive Dynamics 4500 Series RV Converter w/ Charge Wizard and AC/DC Distribution Panel # PD4560K18LS8 will work with those breaker types. I confirmed this with my contact at Progressive Dynamics.
