Solution for Needing to Install B and W Patriot Slider Hitch in Bed of 2025 Ram with Pucks

Question:
I have a Patriot 18k slider rail mount system. Recently bought a 2025 which has the OEM Pucks in the bed. Is there an OEM Slider base only that will work with the head off of the rail system I already have?

Hey Leslie, I wish I had the solution you are looking for but there isn't a slider base that the head of your B and W Patriot slider hitch can fit on nor is there an adapter that will allow your Patriot to fit your pucks so your best option is a new slider fifth wheel hitch like the Companion Slider part # BWRVK3670.
The only moderate silver lining is that you would be able to sell you old hitch complete which would be easier than just the base.
