Can 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE Carry Bike Rack Using etrailer Hitch

Hello I was interested in getting a hitch reviver for my 2022 Highlander xle awd model non hybrid I saw the video of e75zr. Will this work for me do I need anything else for me to use my bike rack?
