Recommended Air Bags for a 2021 Ford Bronco

Updated 09/12/2025 | Published 05/26/2025

Question:

Hi, how much of a suspension lift will the “Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle“ compensate for? For reference, I drive a 2021 ford bronco and I’m looking to level my vehicle while towing

It doesn't work like that Josh but your goal is going to be accomplished. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs item # AL38FF have a 5,000 lbs capacity that supports the rear end of your 2021 Ford Bronco.

The air bags item # AL38FF will keep your factory suspension from flexing to the point that the rear end of your Bronco sags. They take the strain off of the rear suspension that's being placed on it from the tongue weight of the trailer and any gear you have in the backseat.

You're going to need to mess with the air pressure of the bags to get them to a comfortable and level point. This may be an ongoing adjustment process if you're towing different trailers or loads on them. I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your Bronco. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.

Please note that these air bags will not fit the Raptor models.

What kind of trailer are you towing? You can add this information and any other questions you have in the box below that says Reply to Jerred H.

Hey Josh, did adjusting the air pressure in the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 help level your Bronco while towing? I'm curious because it could help others looking to achieve a similar setup.
