Hey Michael! When the motor wears out on your travel trailer tongue jack it is time to completely replace the jack. Replacement motors aren't something the manufacturers offer. For your 2013 Forest River Flagstaff I recommend the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack # e23ZV. This has a 3,500 lb lift capacity and will bolt on where your existing jack is right now. The jack includes a cover to keep it protected and also comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Let me know if you need anything else.
