Hi Stephen; are you looking for an axle or a hub or both? If you need a replacement axle I need the information off your axle tag to identify it. You can send a picture by replying to the email with the link for this page. If you're looking for a hub with a 5 on 4-3/4 bolt pattern all of our hubs that match are designed for 3,500 lb axles. You can use the # AKIHUB-5475-35-K for an idler hub or # AKHD-5475-35-K for a hub and drum assembly.

@StephenD sorry about that, it was apparently blocked from the attachments. I'm still not sure what part you're asking for, and those measurements with a tape measure aren't going to be enough to identify anything aside from the 4" drop spindle. If you can tell me what part you want to replace that would be helpful. If you want to replace the entire axle you need to know the capacity and the hub face measurement. If you want to replace what looks like a broken spindle or a hub you will need to know the bearing combination. I'm assuming you don't have the axle tag on there so you can either look for part numbers on the bearings or measure the inner diameter with a digital caliper, not a tape measure.
