Could Swagman Bike Rack Shank SP329 Work on Thule T2 Classic

Question:
Hi, I was curious if part SP329 would fit the Thule classic 2? I would like to upgrade from a 1 1/4 shank to a 2 inch without an adapter. Part 753-3581 looks like the shank is the same as sp329. ..Thanks for your help..Cesar

Hey Cesar, while they are both 2 inch by 2 inch square tubing we have no way of knowing how well the part # SP329 could work with a Thule T2 bike rack or how it would potentially install so we can't guarantee it would work.
Only solution we can guarantee will work would be the part # 753-3581 which unfortunately does cost a bit more.
