The correct replacement spar tube for a Thule T2 Pro XT Bike Rack is the Replacement Spar Tube Assembly for Thule T2 Pro XT part # 7524703002 for the tray furthest from the vehicle or part # 7524703001 for the tray nearest to the vehicle.

Hey Jeff! You can use the Replacement Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly item #753-3579, you were looking at, to replace the arm on your 515-5190. It does have the length to handle 29" wheels.
