Availability of Trailer Taillight Lens to Replace Wesbar DOT-SAE-AIST-99

Question:
Jameson....I also have a red 4 inch square Wesbar submersible tail light cover (that I cracked) that says: dot-sae-aist-99 on it. In looking at part number 2423286 on some sites it does not quite appear to be a "perfectly square" light cover like mine. Am I missing something? or over analyzing?

Hey Al, the correct replacement lens you'd need is the part # 440-15R as the part number you mentioned is actually not made anymore but the # 440-15R is exact same design. This lens is perfectly square though. The reason it might not look that way is because of the angle of the picture. How'd you crack your lens?

Many thanks Jameson. This was very helpful for potential future reference/need. I lucked out and found a replacement lens from a buddy with an old (not used anymore) trailer. FYI......I cracked my lens by backing into a dock....hit the support (big....uh duh on my part....did not think I was that close).
