Hello Bobby, thanks for reaching out. I do have a potential option for you, but sadly there are no custom fit front hitches for the 2019 Chevy Express van. The only way to add a front hitch would be to take a universal hitch like part # 41990-07 to a welder and have them fabricate something for you. This would likely also require some modifications to the front of your van like trimming the bumper fascia or air dam.
