Could you please provide me which 5th wheel rails would work on a 2020 F250 6.5 bed with non OEM 5th wheel setup?

I would be happy to Kirk! To add a set of 5th wheel rails to your 2020 Ford F-250 with a 6-1/2' bed you'll want the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford item # C79BR. These rails are custom fit and install in predrilled holes in your truck's frame.
