Upgrading Lippert Ground Control 3.0 From 4-Point to 6-Point

Updated 04/24/2025 | Published 04/21/2025

Question:

I have a 2022 Sandpiper with Ground control 3.0 4 point auto level. Can I buy the 6 point module and 2 more rear jacks to make a 6 point? The trailer shakes bad if anyone moves in the night. Looking for stability. Is there a kit to do this?

Hi David; this is possible but we don't have a kit for it. You will need the following parts:

-Replacement Control Module for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System # LC85ED

-Replacement 24-1/2" Left Rear Leg # LC305339

-Replacement 24-1/2" Right Rear Leg # LC344792

-Replacement I-Beam Jack Bracket for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC349975 (two of these)

-Replacement Hall Effects Wiring Harness - Left Side # LC347013

-Replacement Hall Effects Wiring Harness - Right Side # LC347012

These will be the middle legs along with the 6-point control module and wiring harnesses to connect them. The touch pad and rear sensor remain the same between the two. I went ahead and attached the different wiring diagrams below so you can see the difference. If you need anything else let me know in the comments below.
