We sure do Ken! We have one hitch for your F-Sport model 2021 Lexus RX 450h. It is the Hidden Hitch by Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch item # DT58GR. This class III hitch with a 2" receiver is custom fit and bolts to your Lexus with included hardware.
The best part about the Hidden Hitch item # DT58GR is that the 2" receiver is completely removable so you won't be able to tell you have a hitch installed when you're not using it.
