Hey Gary yes, the etrailer Spare Tire Mount for Hitch # e98ZR will fit your 2009 Ford Van! This spare tire carrier just simply fits inside any old 2" receiver so as long as you have a 2" receiver, you're good to go!
If you don't have a 2" hitch, then you can easily add one with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13055! Let me know in the comments if there is anything else I can do for you!
