Why will the Power on My Jack Motor Not Work After I Installed the Replacement Power Switch?

Thank you for the picture, it was most helpful!

It looks like you purchased the Replacement Cover for etrailer and Ram Electric A-Frame Jacks - Black # EJ-3520-BCV and are transferring your old switches. From the picture you sent in, the wires do not look right that are attached to the Replacement Power Switch for RAM Electric Trailer Jack with Footplate # EJ-3520-PSW. I attached an install video, and also a picture at 1 minute and 40 seconds, you will see that he has a red set and a black set at the top, in the picture you provided you have both the black wires at the top.

Let me know if you switch the wires and it works.
