I attached a picture that I got from RAM jacks that shows how the RAM Jack switch part # EJ-3520-PSW that you referenced gets wired up.

I have the Ram EJ-3520-BBX tongue jack on my travel trailer. It has stopped working. Looking at replacing with the same model. Problem I am seeing is that the videos for connecting a new one have the cable going to the battery positive. Mine is run to the underside of the trailer and to a link that is then going to battery negative. I looked at the switch as it stopped working when I went to connect for our last trip. The switch seems to be working. The light has never worked. Ideas? Thank you.
