Yes, it will but you'll have to drill into the 5th wheel brackets if they are aftermarket. If you have the factory Adaptive Ride Control you'll be good.
All of the aftermarket air bag kits for the 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 like item # AL88288 require drilling. You'll need to remove the top brackets for the air bags before installing the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # BWGNRK1019. Then you'll drill into the 5th wheel brackets to reinstall the air bags.
