I have a 2019 chevy 1500 4x4. I installed the BandW turnover gooseneck ball in the pickup for pulling my camper. I am wondering what is the best air bag system to go with this pickup and the gooseneck turnover ball system?

The best air bag kit for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 is the Air Bag Kit part # AL88388 which does fit with the B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch you have installed as well # BWGNRK1019 that you referenced.
Most other kits will not fit with the gooseneck hitch you have but the Air Lift does. It will require you to do some drilling due to the hitch though.
