Will T-One Wiring Harness for Tow Package Work With Brake Controller Tow Port on 2015 Honda Pilot

I need to install a 7-pin trailer hookup on a 2015 Honda Pilot. I checked and it does have the harness for the connector under the bumper and the connector for a controller under the steering wheel. I was looking at part 118265 for the trailer hookup. However, is this kit compatible with the brake controller hookup under the steering wheel? In other words, is a controller plugged into the pre-installed brake controller harness at the front of the vehicle compatible with part 118265?
