Hello Denham; the Yakima Canoe Trailer for 2 Canoes # Y84TR holds two boats up to 16' long. However, this is technically the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08107 with the addition of the Yakima KeelOver Canoe Rack # Y04069. This means you can add the Tongue Extension Kit for Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08109 to increase the maximum boat length to 21' for two boats. With the addition of the tongue extension you will be able to carry your Old Town Penobscot 164 Canoes. Where do you usually go canoeing?
