Id like to try this on a non-Yakima and slightly non-standard trailer. Do you have detailed dimensions on the two ends? Id like to be sure it will fit in. Thanks.

I called Yakima and they gave me the dimensions of the two ends on the Yakima Tongue Extension Kit # Y08109. The end of the extension that slides out of the extension and into the trailer tongue has an outside dimension of 1-1/2 inches. The other end of the extension that the trailer coupler will bolt to has an outside diameter of 2 inches and an inside dimension of 1-1/2 inches.

They also said that the length of the smaller diameter extension that slides out of the extension is 15 inches long.
